Kenwood Electronics industrial lifestyle images
The international electronics company Kenwood needed to fill holes in their image library for certain vertical markets, specifically in the industrial and first responder areas. So they sent Jacom Stephens Photography, an art director from their advertising agency, and various product brand specialists to various locations in British Columbia and the southwestern U.S. to photograph people using their two-way radios on-the-job in authentic scenarios for use in their advertising and marketing materials.
Their ad agency had arranged to shoot at nine different real-world locations including trucking, fire fighting, hotel and lodging, event security, law enforcement, a packaging factory, search and rescue, and a logging yard. These images have been used in magazine ads, billboards, calendars, and other marketing materials around the world.
